These fonts were converted from the Windows TrueType version to the Macintosh TrueType version by Jeff Needleman. They were then slightly modified and harmonized by Jonathan Brecher, who then also converted the to PostScript Type 1 format for the Macintosh.
All of these translations were done with the knowledge and permission of the author of the fonts, William N. Tavolga. The quality of these fonts is good, but by this time certainly not up to the quality of the original. Mr. Tavolga has since further modified his original designs, but has chosen not to release the new versions into general distribution.
